Refund

Hi, I am not really happy with this AI, I uploaded some documents and when I clicked on generate, the AI was working in the background but then it just hanged and I was waiting 10plus minutes and still nothing has been generated. I just signed up today so I would request a full refund please and to cancel my subscription. Please provide me with confirmation.
