Unauthorized Charge – Refund Request under Section 4.1

I am writing to formally request a refund for a charge that was made without my full consent.

While I understand that Pageon AI maintains a "no refund" policy by default, your official refund policy (Section 4.1) clearly states that refunds may be issued for unauthorized charges (with verification).

In my case:

  • The payment was triggered without a final confirmation step; I was attempting to review the final price, not complete the purchase.

  • I have not used the service at all.

  • Within 30 minutes of the charge, I submitted both an email and a post here requesting cancellation.

  • However, my previous post has now been deleted without any reply, and I have received no response to my email either.

Given this situation, I interpret your silence as a refusal to refund.
Therefore, I will proceed to file a formal dispute with my credit card company in Korea (as this is an overseas transaction) and begin the chargeback process under the grounds of an unauthorized and unacknowledged payment.

I encourage your team to reconsider and process this refund to avoid further escalation.
